    Instructions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together pudding mix, flour, baking powder. Combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread in 9x13 pan. Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup liquid. Chop peaches, place on top of batter. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and reserved juice. Pour over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over top. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
